Each year, GRAVA hosts an all day professional development conference that focuses on timely topics and features a slate of engaging speakers and workshops.

GRAVA is excited to present Erin Barnhart as the keynote speaker for our 2012 Annual Professional Development Conference. Erin Barnhart has developed and delivered tools, trainings, and resources for volunteers, volunteer resource managers, and organizations worldwide. Erin’s presentation will focus on the use of effective messaging to increase and improve your agency’s capacity to engage volunteers. Erin will also host a breakout session on the use of social media techniques to deliver targeted recruitment messages and expand the reach of your mission and message.
